Are you a high school student in grades 10–12 who’s ready to make a real impact — in your community and in yourself? If building leadership skills while giving back sounds like your kind of challenge, you belong with us. The Junior League of Brownsville is proud to launch Junior League Teens of Brownsville (JLTB) — a program created to equip young women with the confidence, skills, and real‑life experience you’ll carry long after graduation.

JUNIOR LEAGUE TEENS OF BROWNSVILLE

JLTB is a leadership and service program created for high school young women (grades 10–12) who want to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact. Through hands‑on activities, mentorship, and real opportunities to serve, participants gain the confidence and skills they need to become the next generation of community service leaders.

The program blends community service, leadership development, and teamwork in a supportive environment that encourages girls to discover their strengths, use their voices, and take action in their community.

Whether you’re already involved in volunteer work, beginning your leadership journey, or simply exploring your potential, JLTB offers a place to build confidence, expand your skills, and make a real difference — all while having fun and forming new friendships.

JLTB MISSION

The mission of Junior League Teens of Brownsville is to empower the next generation of female leaders through community service, leadership development, and collaborative action.

JLTB equips high school teens with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make a meaningful impact. Through hands-on projects, leadership training, and volunteer opportunities, participants grow into socially responsible community service leaders.
